To make this challenge even more fun we can tell you that as of June '25 this store will move within the koopgoot to open a larger boutique according to the newest concept of Lacoste.

What are you going to do with us

​

As Shopmanager you will work closely together with the assistant shopmanager and the rest of your team to strengthen the Lacoste Store in Rotterdam. Together you will ensure that the store is a place where customers not only buy products, but also have an experience. You play a crucial role in creating a close and motivated team that promotes Lacoste's vision and lives up to our high standards in customer experience.

Your responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide exceptional, personalized service consistent with our values.

• Provide ongoing support and reporting to your team on all store needs and goals.

• Develop and implement action plans.

• Adhere to and track KPIs and store objectives.

• Share knowledge about the products, our history and our dynamic vision for the future with your team and our customers.

• Support and respect your team, with an eye for diversity.

• Participate in our Retail Academy to further develop your potential, skills and those of your team.

• Someone with at least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within Retail
