Are you ready to take the next step in your retail career? We are looking for an experienced and driven Floor Manager with the potential to grow into the role as assistant store manager, who is passionate about premium customer experiences, team leadership, and brand excellence.

What we’re looking for:

· Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail (experience in premium or luxury retail is a must)

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· A natural leader who sets the tone and inspires others

· Commercial mindset with a strong focus on client experience and service excellence

· Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required

· Fluently speaking English and French
