For our boutique on Rokin in Amsterdam, we are looking for a strong Deputy Flagship Manager who, together with the Store Manager, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Coaching and developing the sales floor team 

  • Daily monitoring of KPIs such as Conversion, UPT, Average Basket, and CRM 

  • Actively contributing to commercial performance and team results 

  • Ensuring a premium customer experience at the highest level 

  • Analyzing figures and responding immediately to opportunities 

  • Taking the lead during peak times 

  • Managing store operations in the absence of the Store Manager 

  • Working with a clear performance mindset that delivers visible results 

 

What We’re Looking For
You’re not looking for “just another retail job.”
You:
•    have proven experience in premium fashion retail 

  • have experience managing teams based on KPIs 

  • understand how commercial retail really works 

  • speak fluent Dutch (must) and good English 

  • live no more than 30 minutes from Amsterdam Rokin 

  • are strong in coaching, energy, and floor management 

  • love targets, a dynamic environment, and responsibility 

  • have charisma, a big-picture view, and natural leadership presence
