Are you an experienced retail leader with a passion for premium fashion and exceptional customer experience? For our Lacoste Boutique in The Hague, we are looking for a Store Manager who will take the lead in team development, performance, and creating an unforgettable shopping experience.

YOUR ROLE
As Store Manager, you are the driving force behind a strong and motivated team. You create an environment where customers feel welcome and employees can excel. You translate objectives into concrete actions, ensure store presentation aligns with Lacoste guidelines, manage stock, and actively steer KPI performance and commercial opportunities. You also coach your team daily on service, sales techniques, and professional growth.

WHAT YOU BRING
🎾 At least 5 years of retail leadership experience in fashion.
🎾 Fluent in Dutch and English.
🎾 Living in or near The Hague.
🎾 Strong commercial insight and excellent communication skills.
🎾 A coaching leadership style focused on service, motivation, and results.
