In this position, you are the main point of contact on the floor. You motivate the team, ensure an outstanding customer experience, and help achieve the store’s commercial goals. Together with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager, you ensure strong daily operations and a standout store.

What will you be doing?

🎾 Lead by example on the shop floor
You inspire colleagues with your customer focus, energy, and product knowledge.

🎾 Act as the go-to person during your shift
You coordinate tasks, delegate responsibilities, and help onboard new team members.

​

🎾 Keep an overview of the floor
From stock and visual merchandising to maintaining Lacoste-level service—you know exactly what’s happening.

​

🎾 Contribute your ideas
You spot opportunities for improvement and share them with the management team.

What do you bring?

· Retail experience in a fashion or outlet environment
· A natural ability to motivate and guide people
· Enthusiasm, a sense of responsibility, and a service-driven mindset
· Commercial awareness and an eye for detail
· Flexibility—availability on weekends and evenings is important
· Fluent in Dutch and English
