What do you bring?

  • Experience in Retail (preferably Outlet), ideally in a leadership role

  • Strong communication skills and an energetic presence

  • A natural leader who inspires the team and takes responsibility

  • Commercial insight with a focus on customer experience and results

  • Flexibility regarding working hours — you’re comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays due to the outlet center’s extended hours
